This Personal Use License explains how digital products purchased or downloaded from House of Sadhana may be used. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a digital product from our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

When you purchase or download a digital product from House of Sadhana, you are purchasing a license to use the digital product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, House of Sadhana grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This license applies to both paid and free digital products.

2. What You May Do

Under this Personal Use License, you may:

  • download and save the purchased or free digital product to your personal devices;
  • access the product for your own personal use;
  • print reasonable copies of printable products for your own use;
  • complete, write in, annotate, or otherwise personally use journals, planners, worksheets, guides, cards, and similar resources;
  • use digital wallpapers on your own personal devices; and
  • reprint a personal-use copy if your original copy becomes damaged, lost, or unusable.

You may use your purchased product across multiple personal devices that you own or primarily use.

3. What You May Not Do

Unless you have received prior written permission from House of Sadhana, you may not:

  • sell, resell, redistribute, share, gift, sublicense, or transfer the digital files to another person;
  • upload the files to file-sharing websites, cloud folders, social groups, forums, marketplaces, or other locations where others can access or download them;
  • email, message, or otherwise send copies of the files to friends, family members, clients, customers, students, colleagues, or other third parties;
  • reproduce the products for commercial distribution;
  • sell printed copies of our digital products;
  • use our artwork, illustrations, text, templates, designs, worksheets, cards, journal pages, or other content in products that you sell or distribute;
  • modify, extract, repurpose, or incorporate substantial portions of our products into another product for sale or distribution;
  • use our products as templates for creating substantially similar products for sale;
  • claim any House of Sadhana product, artwork, writing, or design as your own;
  • remove or obscure copyright notices, branding, attribution, or other proprietary notices included with a product; or
  • use the products in any manner that infringes our intellectual property rights.

Purchasing a product does not grant commercial-use, resale, redistribution, or private-label rights.

4. Printing Your Downloads

Printable products may be printed for your personal use at home or through a commercial printing service.

You may provide the necessary file to a printing service solely for the purpose of producing your personal copies.

Providing a file to a printer does not grant the printing service any right to retain, reproduce, sell, distribute, or otherwise use the product for another purpose.

5. Use by Practitioners, Coaches, Teachers and Businesses

A Personal Use License does not permit you to distribute our products to clients, customers, students, workshop participants, employees, members, or other groups.

For example, purchasing one journal, worksheet, card deck, guide, or printable does not permit you to print or distribute copies for an entire class, coaching program, therapy practice, retreat, workshop, workplace, or membership community.

You may personally reference a product in your own practice, but copies of the product or its protected content may not be distributed to others unless we expressly grant you an appropriate license.

6. Free Resources

Products offered for $0, free download, promotional download, or as a complimentary resource remain protected by this license.

“Free” means there is no purchase price. It does not mean the product is copyright-free, public domain, or available for unrestricted redistribution.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, free House of Sadhana resources are also licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Digital Wallpapers and Printable Art

Digital wallpapers may be used as backgrounds on your personal phones, tablets, computers, and other personal devices.

Printable artwork may be printed and displayed in your personal spaces.

You may not sell prints, merchandise, posters, cards, apparel, digital products, or other items containing our artwork.

You may not make the original high-resolution files available for download or redistribution.

8. Tarot, Affirmation and Printable Card Products

Printable tarot-related resources, affirmation cards, prompts, and card decks may be printed for your own personal practice.

Purchasing or downloading these products does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute the files or printed cards as products of your own.

Unless we expressly provide a separate professional or commercial license, they may not be reproduced for resale or distributed as part of a paid service, course, workshop, membership, or product bundle.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through House of Sadhana—including original text, artwork, graphics, illustrations, layouts, designs, downloadable files, worksheets, journal pages, card designs, and other creative materials—is owned by or licensed to House of Sadhana and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any trademarks, traditional symbols, third-party materials, public-domain materials, or other content incorporated into a product remain subject to their respective rights and applicable laws.

Your purchase or download does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to you.

10. Sharing on Social Media

We welcome you sharing your experience with House of Sadhana products on social media.

You may photograph or display a limited portion of a product for personal social sharing, reviews, or recommendations, provided that doing so does not make a substantial portion of the product available for others to copy, read, reproduce, or download.

Please do not post complete pages, entire card sets, full ebooks, printable files, high-resolution artwork, or enough content to substitute for obtaining the original product.

Where appropriate, we appreciate credit to House of Sadhana.

11. Commercial and Extended Licensing

This Personal Use License does not include commercial-use rights.

If you would like to use a House of Sadhana resource for a business, organization, classroom, professional practice, retreat, workshop, client program, or another use outside personal use, please contact us before using or distributing the material.

We may offer a separate license depending on the product and intended use.

12. Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of our digital products may constitute a violation of this license and applicable intellectual property laws.

If we reasonably determine that a product is being used in violation of this license, we reserve the right, where permitted by law and our platform terms, to revoke access to the applicable digital product and take appropriate steps to protect our intellectual property rights.

Termination of a license does not affect rights or remedies arising from violations that occurred before termination.

13. No Transfer of Ownership

All rights not expressly granted under this Personal Use License are reserved.

Purchasing or downloading a House of Sadhana product gives you permission to use that product within the limits described here. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright, design, artwork, brand, or other intellectual property associated with the product.

14. Changes to This License

We may update this Personal Use License from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Where required by applicable law, changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce rights already granted for previously purchased products without appropriate notice or consent.
